Twitter deletes Ranaut’s tweets for rule violations

NEW DELHI: Twitter on Thursday removed two tweets by actor Kangana Ranaut, citing a violation of the platform’s rules. The actor has been criticising farmers protesting against the Centre’s three farm laws. In one of the tweets, the actor talked about “eradication” of “cancer” from the country. “This Tweet is no longer available because it violated the Twitter Rules,” appeared on trying to access the two tweets.
