I am seeing that a new breed of agitators has come up in the country -- 'andolan-jeevi' ...... We have to identify such people and protect the nation from them. These parasites feast on every agitation.

I am confident that people in your party [Cong] will take this in the right spirit and not mistake it as the advice of 'G-23' [group of Congress leaders who called for reforms in party] to do something opposite.
