NO HANDSHAKES

Athletes and officials must not visit gyms outside the village, tourist areas, shops, restaurants or bars. They should avoid unnecessary forms of physical contact such as hugs, high-fives and handshakes. They should wear a face mask at all times, except when training, competing, eating or sleeping, or if they are outside and able to keep a two-metre distance from others.

They should avoid shouting, cheering and singing and find other ways to show their support during competition, such as clapping.
