IAEA chief holds talks in Tehran

TEHRAN: Iran held “fruitful discussions” with UN nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi in Tehran, ahead of its deadline to restrict the agency’s inspections unless the US lifts sanctions. Grossi’s visit came amid efforts by the Biden administration, European powers and Iran to salvage the 2015 nuclear deal from which Donald Trump had removed the US.
