Children are at lower risk of infection, particularly those younger than 10-14 years, when compared to adults
Young children are also at lower risk of transmitting the disease, particularly compared to adolescents and adults
In 0-18 age group, there is lower risk of hospitalisation compared to all older groups Similarly, risk of severe or fatal infection among 0-18 is low compared to other age groups
