Celebrities: Be cautious of endorsements

This refers to Paritosh Joshi’s The costs and liability of celebrity endorsements (June 12). The author is right. In India especially, celebrities are seen as larger-than-life, with their opinions often becoming the norm in popular culture. They should be cautious of what they endorse.
