SC JUNKS NIA PLEA OVER NAVLAKHA HOUSE ARREST

NEW DELHI: “With all the might of the state, can you not keep a 70-year-old ailing man in house arrest,” the Supreme Court asked the National Investigation Agency on Friday as it dismissed its application seeking recall of the court’s recent order directing house arrest for activist Gautam Navlakha arrested in connection with the Bhima Koregaon violence in January 2018.
