CAPITAL RECORDS SEASON’S COLDEST MORNING AT 9°C

Delhi on Saturday recorded its minimum temperature of the season so far at 9 degrees Celsius — three degrees below the normal minimum temperature for this time of the year. Saturday minimum was marginally lower than Friday’s, when the Safdarjung observatory recorded a minimum temperature of 9.6°C.
