AFTER 70 YEARS, CONSTITUTION FACING KEY CRISIS, SAYS CONG CHIEF

The Constitution is facing “fundamental crisis”, said Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday while taking potshots at the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on the occasion of Constitution Day celebrations.

In a statement issued by Kharge, he feared that the “Constitution which stood its time for 70 years was now facing a fundamental crisis”.

“The government has completely surrendered itself and its institutions to the diktats of the RSS, an organisation that pushes hateful propaganda under the garb of social service, In fact, it is no longer incorrect to use the terms RSS and BJP interchangeably,” the Congress president said.
