CBI clean chit to Cong MP in sexual assault case

The CBI on Saturday submitted a report in the chief judicial magistrate court in Thiruvananthapuram giving a clean chit to Congress MP Adoor Prakash in a sexual assault case related to the solar cheating case. The case was handed over to the CBI last year after prime accused in the solar cheating case, Saritha Nair, petitioned the CM. In her complaint, Nair alleged that she was sexually assaulated multiple times by Prakash. “Truth will prevail. It was a politicallymotivated move to implicate Congress leaders in a trumpedup case,” Prakash said on Sunday.
