It was less loud, but faster than global avg

A bigger difference India showed from the world by streaming less loud and faster tracks. The average Indian song was about 1.2 decibels less loud than the global average. The median top track in India had a tempo of 119 beats per minute (BPM) compared to 115.5 BPM for the world. India’s tempo range (132 BPM) was also wider compared to the world (110 BPM).
