BHARATPUR: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday accused the Congress of providing biryani to terrorists while the BJP government eliminated terrorism from the country.

“We have completely controlled terrorism. India is emerging as a world power. The British newspaper The Guardian has published a news report that 20 terrorists were killed in Pakistan and hoped such activity was done by the Indian government,” Yogi Adityanath said at a public meeting at Bharatpur in support of BJP candidate Ramswaroop Koli.

After an airstrike by the Indian government (in Balakot), no terrorist group dared to spread terrorism inside the country, he said.

Today, nobody dares to cross India’s borders, he added.

“New India can protect the people and borders of the country,” he said.

Article 370 fostered terrorism in Kashmir but Prime Minister Narendra Modi had it abrogated there, he said.

“We are lucky to witness the emergence of new India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BJP government has provided security, respect, progress, and employment for people of the country,” Adityanath said.

A long wait of 500 years finally ended with Ram Lalla being enthroned at the newly constructed grand Ram temple, Yogi Adityanath said and asserted that this work was done by the Narendra Modi-led BJP government.

On the other hand, the Congress

party, which has no faith in Lord Ram and Krishna, did not get the Ram temple built.

“Your one vote constructed Ram temple in Ayodhya, provided security and protected borders.

Modi is the first prime minister who celebrated Holi and Diwali with soldiers on the borders,” Adityanath said.

“We have to dedicate votes for Modi to make India strong,” he further said.

Referring to the Bharat Ratna conferred posthumously on former prime minister Chaudhary Charan Singh recently, he said this was done by the BJP government.

While the Congress government was leaderless and policyless, the BJP government has been providing free rations to

80 crore people, 60 crore poor people are getting health insurance and 12 crore farmers are getting the benefits of the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, Adityanath said.

Mentioning welfare schemes, he said houses for four crore poor people were constructed, 2.50 crore poor people got free electricity connections and 10 crore poor people also got free gas connections under the Ujjwala scheme.
