Sonakshi Sinha planned a surprise celebration for a fan who had sent her cupcakes a few days ago
Fans of Bollywood celebrities go to great lengths to express their admiration for their favourite stars. From receiving emotional letters and expensive presents to being gifted customised websites, film stars often get emotional over such incidents. And sometimes, they also reciprocate the gesture. In a recent instance, Sonakshi Sinha surprised a fan by organising a birthday celebration for her.
Apparently, a few days ago, two of the actor’s fans — Juveira and Zainab Rizwan — surprised her by sending customised cupcakes with her different avatars from her films, Dabangg (2010) and Lootera (2013), embossed on them. “Sonakshi was touched when she received the cupcakes and wanted to thank the baker sisters for the gesture. Sonakshi chatted with them on the phone and asked them to come over and meet her,” says a source close to the actor.
She also invited the two fans to a recent fashion show, where she walked the ramp with her father, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha. And apparently, when she came to know that it was Juveira’s birthday, she decided to celebrate with her after the show.
When contacted, Sonakshi said, “I was amazed to receive the cupcakes with some lovely pictures on them. This was Juveira and Zainab’s way of expressing their love for me. So, when I figured it was Juveira’s birthday when they came to meet me, I got her a little surprise cake and had a small celebration with the sisters and my team. I wanted to make them feel special.”
