Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan with Magnum’s new face of pleasure, Magnum Brownie ice cream
At an event held at a city mall on February 25, actor Kareena Kapoor Khan unveiled Magnum ice cream’s new flavour, Magnum Brownie, which is smooth, creamy, brownie infused and has crunchy cashew nuts. It also comes with a revamped packaging design that features a bold and distinctive M logo, and the famous Belgian chocolate crack.
Kareena, who is the “pleasure ambassador of Magnum” sported a floor-length brown gown, paired with smoky eyes and a ponytail for the event. “I am thrilled that I get to introduce Mumbai to Magnum Brownie this year. This new flavour brings together my two favourite things –– brownies and cashew nuts in one single delicious bar. I am a true Magnum loyalist at heart, and it just makes me incredibly happy to know that anytime I am in an indulgent mood, I have a variety of Magnum flavours to choose from (sic),” she said.
At the launch, Kareena took a handpicked few on a “flavour trail” and offered them a preview of the Magnum Brownie. The selected group also got an opportunity to create customised desserts using the new ice cream.
Speaking about the new variant, Sumit Mathur, general manager, Kwality Walls, said, “Tonight marks a new milestone for Magnum, as we celebrate the new face of pleasure with the unveiling of Magnum Brownie, and the all-new packaging design for Magnum’s signature flavours. We are confident that the new Magnum Brownie flavour will take pleasure seekers on a deliciously indulgent journey of desirable taste.”
