Watch out for Ranbir, Anushka’s electrifying chemistry

“They keep each other on theireir toes — be it in front of the camera or off it. That crackling chemistry can be seen in the film, in which they play lovers. The two have a lot in common — a natural grace, rhythm and energy as dancers. It’s not Ranbir and Anushka’s first film together, but it definitely captures the effortless chemistry between the two in its full glory,” says an insider.
Ask Karan about the chemistry between Ranbir and Anushka, and he says, “It’s an overused term. When two actors are comfortable with each other and respect each other’s talent, they get to immerse themselves in their parts, and give their best. Anushka and Ranbir are two such actors. Ayan and Alizeh (their characters’ names) make you believe that this could be a true story”story.”
Anushka has already spoken about how “special” it is for her to have worked on Karan’s film. “His movies are always special love stories. That’s the crux of ADHM as well, though it has a different way of looking at a love story. It’s a dream come true to work with Karan,” she says. The film’s trailer releases today (September 23).
