Here are some style tips to help you juggle effortlessly between work and play

Actor Kalki Koechlin (left) has always been a firm believer in dressing comfortably. “I prefer comfort to style. If you force fit yourself into a style that you are not comfortable in, it makes it difficult to feel confident. And confidence is the only mantra that actually works,” she says, adding, “I always wear clothes according to my mood, and therefore, you will see me carry a maxi, a skirt, pants or a sari effortlessly.” If you’re attending a party after work, Kalki suggests you carry some sneakers as they go well with formals. Being in a profession that keeps her on her toes, Kalki is a huge advocate of shaving. “You will always find me carrying a Gillette Venus razor in my beauty kit. It ensures that I have smooth skin at all times and keeps me ready for any and every occasion, as I don’t have to rely on other hair removal methods that require time and effort,” she says.

Kalki advises girls not to use men’s razors. She adds, “Ditch the men’s razor and opt instead for a razor that is designed to suit the contours of the female body. Gillette Venus is my go-to razor. Also, ensure that your razor comes with a rubber handle for better grip in the shower and a moisturising strip for moisture retention postst shaving.”

And with the party season just round the corner, Kalki suggests s some party tips. She says, “You can opt for aa pair of heels you can dance in, and team it upup with a short dress. I tend end to have pockets [in my y outfits] so that I can just carry my credit card and phone, and not take a bag.”
