SHRADDHA HAS FITNESS ON HER MIND

Kapoor, who is back from Hyderabad after a month long schedule is carrying on with her fitness regimen

Shraddha Kapoor, who’s back to Mumbai after a long schedule of Saaho in Hyderabad, has adopted a rather healthy lifestyle. The actor will be seen performing some high octane stunts in the Prabhas-starrer that is an actionthri­ller.

A source says, “When Shraddha signed Saaho, she knew that there would be a lot of stunts and that she would be required to undergo training for the same. While shooting for the film, Shraddha got accustomed to a new routine, which she felt was more rejuvenati­ng. She would start her day as early as 5am every day. That was followed by a workout or gym session and then she would head for the day long shoot. She is also taking Telugu lessons for the film.”

Her shooting schedules were also rigorous and she had to follow a set sleeping pattern as waking up early was a requiremen­t. “Shraddha retired to bed much earlier than her usual time to follow the early morning cycle. She has been extremely discipline­d with this routine. In fact, she loved it so much that she plans to continue the same regime here in Mumbai too. She injured her foot over the weekend and has been advised to rest for a while but she is waiting to get back to her regime.”
