Irrfan elated with the cross-border affection

Irrfan and Saba Qamarstarrer Hindi Medium directed by Saket Chaudhary didn’t only manage to take up a rather interesting cause of the Hindi-English divide with a fun, humorous take, but also managed to become one of the most successful films in 2017.The film ran its course and was loved by thousands worldwide. And recently, the film premiered in Pakistan.

A source reveals more. “Since the film had limited release in Pakistan, it was one of the most highly anticipated films to premiere on television, especially because Saba Qamar is a huge star in Pakistan. So when one of the leading channels in Pakistan premiered Hindi Medium recently, a lot of people took to social media to showcase their love for the film. They were especially praising Irrfan’s performance and the message the film puts across. The film clicked with the audience because of its universal connect. Irrfan has been travelling constantly but he has kept a tab on all the messages coming his way.”
