A mod­ern-day twist to the tra­di­tional dish, this one is more like a grilled sand­wich. The in­gre­di­ents re­main the same with a stuffed potato patty along with the green chut­ney and gar­lic pow­der. How­ever, what makes it dif­fer­ent is that the vada pav is topped with but­ter and is grilled to give it a crispy skin and a crunchy twist.
