Although a fashion designer by qualification, Kaushigha followed her passion for r and served as a RJ for seven years. However, due to personal circumstances, she was on a hiatus from her career when she stumbled upon an idea to create jewellery. “I always loved jewellery and enjoyed wearing all sorts of big accessories and matching them with my different attires. I was also a big fan of terracotta jewellery,” she says. Talking about how she started her page, she adds, “A good set of terracotta jewellery will usually range from ₹2000, so I wanted to create som af . She adds, “I started learning the art via YouTube channels and had a few seniors guide me. Through trial and error, I perfected the concept and started making sets. I am also a photographer and interested in product photography, so I started capturing my handmade jewellery and created an Instagram page as I ceived some ggestions to do so.” h her family supporting er, Kaushigha soon started receiving several orders for the same and it soon blossomed into a small scale business. “I handle the business all by myself, right from taking up orders to dispatching them. It’s all me. I also have a toddler, so, I work whenever I can and try not to bulk up on too many orders at the same time. I take up limited orders in a month and do my best to perfect them. Right now, I have a huge customer base and a following seas too.”
