Which is the one breakfast food that you must have?

Eggs, they are a morning staple for me.

One fattening food item that you just can’t resist?

I simply can’t resist a bowl of chocolate mint ice-cream.

How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence?

I go back to my diet with high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Do you prefer mini meals? And what do they normally contain?

Yes, I do. They normally contain a quinoa salad or a good fat roasted chicken leg or soba noodles.

A diet plan that always works for you?

Any diet works as long as it’s balanced and you stick with it. It shouldn’t be hard, like relationsh­ips.

Do you work out at home? What are the exercises you follow?

I prefer working out at the place where I get the vibe or the feel of it. But, when there’s no option then I don’t mind working out anywhere.

Do you prefer outdoor or indoor physical activity?

In Mumbai, I prefer indoor activities because it’s very humid. Also, the activities I prefer doing, like gymnastics, are best suited for an indoor atmosphere.

What are your favourite physical activities?

I don’t have a favourite. I keep on changing and trying new things. So far, I have enjoyed mixed martial arts the most.

A health tip that you always rely on?

Don’t drink water during meals. This really works.
