DARSHAN TAKES DANCE LESSONS

After proving his acting prowess in Mary Kom (2014) and NH10 (2015), actor Darshan Kumaar (above) has now been working on his dance moves. He is taking dance classes from choreographer Shiamak Davar, who has fixed a rigourous regime for the actor. “Shiamak trains him every day for four hours with a break of half an hour in between. He is teaching him modern dance, salsa, belly dance and contemporary Bollywood dance steps,” says a source. Darshan is enjoying learning these new dance moves and has even lost a lot of weight. He is grateful that he is getting to learn from Davar personally as he has always admired him. “I have never seen this kind of dedication and passion for dance. I feel so blessed that he has taken out time to teach me personally. It is such an honour to be learning from the him,” Darshan says.
