Get ready for some gastronomic delights as the Fat Burger and Beer Festival kicks off in the Capital from today at Caffe 9. Bringing together the city’s best culinary feasts, this food fest aspires to reinvent the food experience. The restaurant will present some of the finest and yummiest lip-smacking burgers in two sizes — the regular 5 inch burger and the 6 inch jumbo burger.
“This festival will offer something so unique that it would please even the most discerning foodies in the city,” says Siba Prasad Boitee, head chef, Caffe 9.
“From Club House Vegetable Burger, All American King Burger, Country Fried Chicken Burger and Cow Boy Bar-be-que Burger to Sizzling Lamb Loaf Burger, Grilled Kansas Burger, Ocean Salmon Burger and Assorted Bingo Burger Platter, the restaurant promises a treat of scrumptious multi-cuisine dishes,” Siba adds.
It is also being touted as the first ever burger festival in India, where the Salmon Fillet Burger will be served in croissant bun. The other highlights are a 5 inch burger that will be served with a complimentary glass of drought beer, a 6 inch burger that will be served with a complimentary jumbo mug (500ml) of drought beer and a 6 inch bingo burger jumbo platter that will be served with two complimentary pitchers of drought beer.
