Aamir, Veeru bond over maa ke haath ka khana
Aamir Khan is currently shooting for an extensive schedule in Punjab for his next release, based on the life of former wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. We hear the actor has gone to the extent of transforming his body to two extremes — gaining weight and then losing it, for the role.
Recently Aamir received a pleasant surprise on his sets as he was visited by cricketer Virender Sehwag. A source close to Aamir reveals, “They bonded over sports and of course, Punjab since Aamir himself has been spending a lot of time there.” The source adds that Sehwag brought along ‘laddoos’ for the actor. The source says, “Virendra brought Aamir’s favourite laddoos prepared by his mother. The duo bonded over ‘maa ke haat ka khaana’ and how Aamir misses it as he’s away from home. Virender hung around on the sets for a while and was also happy to see the film being shot.”
