Passion for regional delicacies glazing Delhi NCR
Exploring authentic regional flavours of India is not as easy as it sounds. However, regional Indian dishes can be unraveled, with all their authenticity intact, at Nukkadwala.
Nukkadwala, by Vatika group, is a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). “Our inspiration comes from more than 5 million street vendors, across India, who peddle tiny morsels of varied foods, everyday,” says Gaurav Bhalla, founder, Nukkadwala.
Each dish here stirs up nostalgia, making every bite everlasting. “We ensure that all the Indian flavours remain authentic, and that they are dispensed and served quickly. Not just the Indian delicacies, it’s also their chattar-pattar menu that contributes to Nukkadwala’s pride. Array of everybody’s childhood favourites, like the chatpata Aam Papad, jelly Lollipop, sweet candies and many more, are also put out for retailing purposes.
Another pure delicacy from the princely state of Rajasthan, desi Dal Baati Churma will be served with the same rich flavours, but only for the month of November!
The delicacies of the restaurant, which can be relished in 10 locations across Delhi NCR, will also soon be savoured overseas, in London, New York, and Dubai.
