Homoeopathy can help cure arthritis
Arthritis is a term often used to mean any disorder or pain that affects joints. It results from breaking down of the cartilage, which normally protects the joints by facilitating their smooth movement. Cartilage also absorbs shock when pressure is placed on the joints, e.g. during walking. Insufficient cartilage causes the bones to rub together, causing pain, swelling and stiffness.
Types of arthritis include rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylosis, psoriatic arthritis, cervical spondylosis and gout, among others. A history of the disorder could be of great help in guiding one to the proper diagnosis of the disease. Important features are speed and time of onset, pattern of joint involvement, symmetry of symptoms, early morning stiffness and tenderness, gelling with inactivity or locking, aggravating and relieving factors and other systemic symptoms. Painkillers are usually resorted to along with eWternal applications to relieve acute pain. But they offer only temporary relief. Hence, Dr. SPS Bakshi, CMD, Bakson Group, says that a holistic homoeopathic treatment is required for effective healing.
Some of the commonly used homoeopathic medicines are:
•Bakson’s Rheum iid Tablets
•Bakson’s Rheum iid Syrup
•Dr. Bakshi’s # B11 Pain Drops
Dosage: In case of acute pain, take Rheum iid tablets along with Rheum iid Syrup. idults should take 1 tablet 3 times in a day and 1 tablespoon of syrup twice daily. Once the pain reduces, switch from Syrup to Dr. Bakshi’s # B11 Pain drops along with Rheum iid Tablets. 10 drops of B 11 drops have to be taken 3 times in a day. Once the pain is 70 – 80 % better, stop B11 drops and take only Rheum iid Tablets twice daily. All medicines are to be taken under the supervision of a medical practitioner only.
