I have not seen an actor half as good as Sargun: Ravi Dubey

Actor Ravi Dubey confesses that he is a fan of wife, actor Sargun Mehta’s acting. Stating that it’s a treat to watch her perform, Ravi says there’s more to her talent to be explored than what the audience has seen so far.

“I’ve not seen any actor half as good as Sargun. She is fabulous, and I am huge fan of her. I am not praising her because she’s my wife, but the way she performs on-screen, it makes me proud. I hope she keeps getting opportunities to showcase what more she can do,” says Ravi.

Having done TV shows such as 12/24 Karol Bagh, Kya Huaa Tera Vaada and Balika Vadhu, Sargun is also a known face in Punjabi cinema, last seen in Lahoriye (2017).

Ask Ravi about his movie plans, which is something he’s earlier shown interest in, and the actor shares, “Yes, I’ve always been interested in doing films. Discussions on a few offers are on. Hopefully, something will happen soon,” adds Ravi, who was seen in a central role on the TV show Jamai Raja.

On whether he and Sargun would come together for a project, Ravi says, “We would love to [collaborate], but the project needs to be an interesting one. As actors, we don’t believe in restricting ourselves, and are open to working in any medium.”
