When Supriya Chopra, founder, first thought of The Salad Story, the idea was simple — to make fresh and tasty salads that are good for you! We use wholewheat flour, millets, fresh veggies and fruits, nuts, herbs, milk, grains and legumes etc that are steamed or baked or boiled or poached or sautéed or just used raw to keep the nutrients, without compromising on the taste factor.” The food is clean in every way. Chopra says, “There are no preservatives, no colour, no maida, no MSG (the flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate), no deep frying, no white sugar, no trans fats.”
She also says, “We work actively with trusted and verified food partners, who share a commitment to produce that’s responsibly farmed and has optimal freshness and quality.”
