With the promise to provide customers nothing but the best, Cinépolis launched its flagship cinema, at DLF Place, Saket, in the Capital, strengthening its position in north India. The stars of Namaste England, Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra along with Devang Sampat, director – strategic initiatives, Cinépolis India were present at the inauguration ceremony.

The event saw the stars congratulating Cinépolis on the launch and sharing their excitement about their latest release.

Cinépolis is India’s first international and the world’s second largest movie theatre circuit. Talking about the new launch, Devang Sampat said,“The journey has been great so far. We came to India in 2007 and we launched in 2009 in Amritsar. And from there it has been fantastic. We have opened about 350 screens now. We introduced the concept of megaplexes. We wanted to launch the Cinépolis brand in the heart of Delhi for a while now, and we got an opportunity for setting up this project in Saket.”

The opening of the six-screen cinema promises to create an unmissable and exhilarating cinematic experience for movie-goers in Delhi, with its plush interiors, immersive 4DX technology and RealD 3D. Patrons can also avail the benefits of Cinépolis’ fully automated loyalty programme, Club Cinépolis.

“After building a cinema, the challenge is how to run it. With 45 years of experience, our strength is to operate consistently. That’s what we are known for and we will make sure that our customers are given nothing but the best,” adds Sampat.
