Rolls credits its quintessential way of cooking for its authentic taste.

Proud co-owner Mohammed Javed says, “We serve a huge variety of roomali rolls. Our chicken and mutton rolls are the most popular ones. We marinate and prepare the delicacies using our own recipe, which our father, Haji Banda Hasan, has been using for the last six decades. His unique recipe is a great blend of spices, and is grilled to perfection.”

Also Hasan’s son and co-owner, Mohammed Saleem adds, “I remember when our father went for Hajj in 2005, he handed over the responsibility to both of us. Since then, we brothers have been independently looking after all restaurant operations.”

Rule the Rolls’ various outlets are loved by their patrons, and the brothers are hence expanding their chain across India and abroad. They recently opened a new franchise in Vadodara, Gujarat, and received an amazing response.

Cricketer Yusuf Pathan, who graced the soft launch of the new outlet, said, “I just love the rolls and tikkas here,

they’re really delicious.”
