As far as Chinese and Thai food is concerned, Berco’s QBA is one of the most distinguis­hed names in the culinary world. The restaurant is currently hosting their Moonlight Festival, which has been curated in collaborat­ion with chef Chan, a multiple awardwinni­ng chef from Malaysia.

Talking about it, Kabir Advani, managing director, Berco’s, says, “For the Moonlight Festival, we collaborat­ed with chef Chan, who prepared some special sauces to use in the menu curated specially for the festival. He also trained some top chefs from different outlets of the brand to cook these exciting dishes.”

Some of the must-try dishes at the Moonlight Festival are Chilli Chicken with Plum Sauce, Claypot Tofu with Vegetable and Corn Fried Rice.

Since the last four decades, the chain has been serving its patrons with personalis­ed hospitalit­y and great quality. Hearty meals and a friendly ambience is their USP. The place is also known for its bars and beverage selection.

The brand has been recognised through various awards as the Best Chinese Restaurant in Delhi-NCR, and the Legendary Pan-Asian Chain in Delhi-NCR.
