Experience the Asian culinary treasures
The popular Asian-cuisine restaurant, YOUMEE, which is inspired by Manga — the Japanese-style comics — has launched an all-new exciting menu.
The dishes include fun renditions of flavours, along with presentations from the Far East. Curated by head chef Rattan Kumar, the menu is a mix of Japas, Sushi, Dim sums, Ramen, Bowls, Meals & Don and Desserts. These delicacies are best accompanied by a range of mocktails, frappes, shakes, and flavoured teas.
Rattan says, “Giving the quintessential Youmee twist to tapas with a heavy Japanese inspiration, we have introduced Japas that includes Pumpkin Karaage, Chicken Star Anise with Crispy Horenso, Tobiko Gunkan, Tuna Truffle Tartare and many more. The fitness mavens can enjoy the black rice sushi, making their indulgence healthier. No meal is complete without delicate dim sums such as New York Cheese & Chili Oil, Spicy Mushroom & Chives, Young Sprout & Snow Peas and Prawn & Golden Curry.”
He further adds, “The Ramen section got welcoming additions such as Kimchi Ramen, YOUMEE Veggie Signature Ramen, Salmon Ramen and Chicken Meatballs Ramen. For mains, enjoy the curated set of Bowl Meals — served either assembled or deconstructed with assorted flavours.”
For a sweet ending, he suggests Dorayaki, which is a pancake sandwich filled with berries, chocolates and peanuts; Yuzu Lemon Tart and Vietnamese Halo Halo Sundae. Address: M-27, ground floor, GK 2; Timing: 11am to 11:30pm; Cost for two: `2,000; Call: 011 40363811
