Relish divine Korean dishes, here
Huddled in the heart of Gurugram, Hahn’s Kitchen has launched a new menu to make the well-travelled and experimental gourmands of the city accustomed to authentic Korean cuisine.
The restaurant’s menu consists of nutritional meals based on the five elements of Yin and Yang. And the team brings those ancient recipes on the table that were once an integral part of the royal kitchens in Korea.
Talking about it, Rohit Aggarwal, director of Lite Bite Foods, says, “Our focus is to take our patrons on an authentic Korean culinary journey by retaining the true flavours of each dish and using the finest ingredients, along with a blend of modern and traditional cooking techniques.”
One can relish delicacies such as Dunggalbi Gui (pork ribs marinated with bulgogi sauce), Chicken Galbi (grilled barbecue chicken with sweet Korean sauce), Haemul Jjigae (a spicy seafood stew with calamari, crab and mussels), and Hwangtaeguk (a dried pollock soup). Other dishes to try are Kimchimari Momil (cold soba soup with kimchi, wasabi and tenkasu), Sogogi Buseot Jeongol, Prawn Tempura and many more.
Enjoy your meal with the earthy and dark interiors of Hahn’s Kitchen that exude a quintessential Korean vibe.
Adorned with traditional Korean elements like copper teapots, liquor bottles and honey pots, the place gives the guests an insight into the culture, customs and lifestyle of the Korean community.
