It was in 1991 that Neem­rana Fort-Palace opened af­ter its first phase of restora­tion. 29 years later, it still keeps adding new el­e­ments and leaves guests in awe and ad­mi­ra­tion. Af­ter the lay­ing of hang­ing gar­dens, a heated pool and a whole wing for con­fer­ences and off­sites comes Kat­to­ria, an In­doItal­ian restau­rant.

Neem­rana Ho­tels chair­man, Aman Nath says, “ALMA, Italy’s best-known gourmet in­sti­tute, has been work­ing with Neem­rana Ho­tels to add an Ital­ian zest to its ta­ble. Am­bas­sador-chef Carlo Maria Ricci has cre­ated a mag­i­cal evening of Ital­ian food at Kat­to­ria.”

The din­ner was at­tended by the ho­tel’s guests, who were from var­i­ous coun­tries.
