Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan comes out of the closet today
After impressing the audience with its quirky trailer, posters and music, Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar’s Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan releases today. Based on the subject of homosexuality, the movie is sprinkled with a healthy dose of laughter. While Jitendra plays the role of Aman Tripathi in the film, Ayushmann essays the role of Kartik Singh. The film will see the duo convincing the Tripathi family about their unconventional romance and breaking existing taboos. In the film, playing parents to Jitendra are Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta, who are shown as protective yet extremely loving parents.

With this family entertainer, Aanand L Rai has yet again taken Indian cinema towards a progressive future with a heartwarming small-town tale. The movie shows a quirky family, just like any other Indian household, with two leads voicing their relationship.

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions. The Hitesh Kewalya directorial also features Manurishi Chaddha, Maanvi Gagroo, Sunita Rajwar, Pankhuri Awasthy and Neeraj Singh in pivotal roles.
