‘RAHUL AND I ARE ALREADY MARRIED IN OUR HEADS’
Mugdha Godse and Rahul Dev have been living in for seven years
It has been more than seven years that actors Mugdha Godse and Rahul Dev have been living in together. And the couple feels content with the way their relationship has shaped up over time. “Rahul is a fantastic human being and a great partner. It has been a beautiful journey (with him). It’s the perfect match of yin and yang. There’s a certain sense of maturity between us. We have great understanding, and thus, there are less fights. We are there for each other, yet don’t come in each other’s way. This is what on which our relationship thrives on,” Mugdha gushes, talking about what works best between them.
While living together for so many years, the couple has been asked many a times about when they plan to take their relationship to the next level. Pop the question of marriage and Mugdha clears that both she and Rahul don’t feel the need to tie the knot. “We are living in and are in a happy space. We are not crazy about marriage. Actually, we didn’t think about getting married (in the first place),” she continues, “There is no pressure from our families either to get married. Rahul and I are already married in our heads, and it’s just a matter of signing on the papers now. We don’t think this would bring any change between us, except the fact that we would legally be husband and wife.”
It was back in 2015 when Rahul and Mugdha shared screen space on the TV show, Power Couple. And they would once again be seen together, this time in a Tamil movie, Coffee. “There are a couple of projects that we have done together but we have never been paired like a couple in any of the films. In Coffee, as well, we are not a couple. So, yeah, we look forward to working together onscreen too,” Mugdha says.
