Bringing back the most- awaited art extravaganza in the Capital, Ambience Group presents Hindustan Times Imagine Fest 2020, starts today. The festival, spanning over the weekend, is bringing the best of artworks from Delhi-NCR, and here’s an exclusive look into all that’s in store for you.
From printmaking to an abstract art workshop, there are a lot of options for art lovers of different age groups to explore their creative skills. But that’s not all, folks! HT Imagine Talks will also have popular musician Adnan Sami share his journey over the last two decades, including his recent Padma Shri. Keeping the entertainment factor high with his hits, Rajasthani folk singer Kutle Khan will also perform live at the gala event.
Talking about his association with the fest, Ankush Kaul, president — sales and marketing — Ambience Group, says, “We are delighted to be associated with Hindustan Times yet again for the HT Imagine Fest this year, which engages a large number of people from NCR with the aesthetic and artistic side of the city. It gives us great pleasure to promote the artistic accomplishments of various art studios and individual artists in the Capital.”
Installations by individual artists and studios will be a major attraction for aficionados. In addition, those interested in brushing up their art skills or gaining knowledge must not miss the art walks which will be conducted by art collector and businesswoman Priya Paul, interior stylist Manuu Mansheet and architect Dikshu Kukreja.
The artists showcasing their works are excited about the fest. Geetanjali Kasliwal, from a Jaipur-based interior design studio, says, “It’s a marvel to see art from remote areas of India congregating at HT Imagine Fest, giving a visual treat to art connoisseurs. The installation, Pillow Fights, by designer Ayush Kasliwal, reflects vivid memories from the past, which we cherish throughout our lives. Pillow Fights comes wrapped with many messages — to bring in decency in what we speak, harmony in what we do and morality in what we communicate. It talks about how artful ways of communication can work volumes — without hurting sentiments or hearts!”
