All you need to know about aplastic anemia
Aplastic anemia is a condition that occurs when any person’s body stops producing enough new blood cells in their body. It is related to both paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria and to the MDS. In this rare, non-cancerous disorder, the bone marrow is unable to adequately produce blood cells required for survival.
The condition leaves a person fatigued and more prone to infections and uncontrolled bleeding. It can develop at any age, due to exposure to certain chemicals, drugs, radiation, infection, or immune diseases in most of the cases, although a definitive cause is still unknown. It is neither a hereditary condition, nor is contagious. While for many years, the cause of acquired aplastic anemia was not clear, now autoimmune processes are considered to be responsible.
The majority of cases are hypothesised to be the result of T-cell mediated autoimmunity and destruction of the bone
marrow, which leads to defective or nearly absent haematopoiesis. Our institute, Advanced Homeo Health Centre and Advanced Ayush Wellness Centre, Yoga Naturopathy Hospital at Indore, Madhya Pradesh is receiving patients suffering from this from all over the country and abroad as well.
Many of these patients have taken all types of available treatments before coming to our institute. Many get ATG or bone marrow transplant done, spending lakhs of rupees. Unfortunately, it’s only after they don’t receive results, that they come for homeopathic medicine. Many patients continue to bleed even after applying blood PRP and platelets again and again. Such patients get a lot of relief from homeopathic treatment. Patients of all age groups can receive very good health benefits from homeopathic treatment. We also tell our patients what they should eat and what they should avoid consuming as it has been observed that those with high sugar levels and BP often suffer from aplastic anemia.
