India relaxes visa norms for foreign tourists

India is all set to allow foreign tourists back into the country. Ministry of Home Affairs has announced that visas will be granted to travellers arriving on chartered flights from October, 15. The facility will be extended to commercial flight travellers from mid November. Goa tourism is elated with the move, expecting a revival of its tourism sector.
