A quiet birthday for Aryan Khan with family this year
s superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan turns a year older today, he will be ditching the big birthday bash for quieter celebrations with his family at his home, Mannat in Mumbai. At the moment, Aryan is out on bail following his arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) last month for his alleged connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs raid case. According to India Today, Aryan, who turns 24 today, will opt for a quiet birthday with his family. His sister, Suhana Khan, will also be joining him on video call from the US to wish him on his special day.
“He (Aryan) has been given all the privacy and space he needs. He’s doing better than expected and is slowly and steadily getting back to his normal routine. His family has always made his birthdays special. In the past, Shah Rukh Khan has sent him on international holidays, bought him his favourite gadgets and his university friends have thrown him surprise birthday parties,” said the source, adding that the family will be having a smaller celebration “within the four walls of Mannat”. Meanwhile, according to Bollywoodlife.com, SRK has assigned his trusted bodyguard Ravi Singh for the safety of his son. He will stay with him in India as Shah Rukh plans to resume work during the last week of November.
“Aryan is not someone to get very comfortable in a new person’s company but he has known Ravi Singh for years now and shares a good rapport with him… Shah Rukh feels it is best to have someone known and trusted along with Aryan, so that he can be at peace when he is away from home for shoots,” said another source.
