Fruits, veggies are less nutritious now
Mounting evidence shows that many fruits, vegetables and grains grown today carry fewer nutrients than 70 years ago — less protein, phosphorus, iron, calcium, riboflavin and vitamin C. Crops grown in farms that embrace regenerative farming practices are more nutritious.
