Viola to star in spinoff of Peacemaker

If reports are to be believed, actor Viola Davis is all set to reprise the role of Amanda Waller in the upcoming Peacemaker spinoff series. Deadline reports that an OTT platform is developing a Peacemaker and Suicide Squad spinoff series, featuring the supervillain, with Davis in talks to star and executive produce the project. Watchmen (2009) writer Christal Henry will write and executive produce the potential series.
