Vizhinjam Lighthouse in Kerala reopens after two years
The Vizhinjam Lighthouse reopened to visitors after remaining shut for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Situated near Kovalam beach, it reopened on May 1; and on the very first day, a long queue of visitors was seen flocking the tower. From the lighthouse, people can enjoy views of Thiruvananthapuram’s coast, Edakkallu rock formations, Eve’s Beach, to name a few.
