Take five: An artful soiree pays homage to stalwarts
That the Capital’s art scene sets the stage for glittering events is hardly news, but when a group art exhibition brings together works of five stalwarts who firmly bolstered the country’s foundation in art, it is bound to draw awe and attention.
Realm III, curated on the theme of unchanging expressions, showcases works by artists Jamini Roy, Krishen Khanna, Thota Vaikuntam, Paresh Maity and Sakti Burman on mixed media such as acrylic and oil on canvas, watercolour on canvas, graphite on paper, bronze and fibreglass installations and ink on paper.
