Share tweets to smaller groups with Twitter Circle

Twitter is working on a new feature called Twitter Circle, which will allow users to send a tweet to a group of people of their choice. This will be similar to Instagram Stories’ close friends feature. The size of the circle has apparently been kept at 150 people, who will be able to interact with the tweet, but not retweet it.
