Maruti Suzuki finalises site for Haryana plant

Maruti Suzuki has finalised an 800-acre site at IMT Kharkoda in Haryana’s Sonipat district that will soon be home to its newest manufacturing plant. The facility will have a stated output capacity of at least 2.5 lakh units per year in the first phase, with an investment of ₹11,000 crore. The site has enough space to establish more manufacturing facilities at a later date.
