doesn’t go Ranbir (Kapoor) he spoke to to parties. But, He said, ‘Keep me at length... get agitated working, Don’t people doing about other 100 other things.’ CHATURVEDI, Actor SIDDHANT

After a long period of not being on screen, Siddhant Chaturvedi got a much-needed hit with Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan last year. A direct-toOTT release, it fetched the actor good reviews, something he had been craving since Gully Boy in 2019.

But things were not always this easy for him. With Bunty Aur Babli 2 (2021) and

Phone Bhoot (2022) failing back-toback at the box office, it took some time for the actor to find his footing in Bollywood.

Ask if his industry peers supported him when his movies failed to connect with the audience and the 30-yearold says, “I don’t keep personal expectations from the industry, only professional ones. Everybody has been very nice. When

I went to parties, they spoke to me and said, ‘It happens to everybody’.” “Surprised” by actors Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor’s support to sail through tumultuous waters, the actor shares, “Ranbir doesn’t go to parties. But, he spoke to me at length when he called me over to [his house] to chill,

I told him, ‘I don’t know bhai, kuchh chal nahi raha’. He said, ‘Keep working, Don’t agitated about other peopl doing 100 other things or being seen’. That is his wa doing things. Ranbir and A (Bhatt, actor) are the only people who messaged me after Gehraiyaan (2022).” Kapoor also told Chaturvedi that he though his film, Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009 would be what Munna Bha M.B.B.S. (2003) was for act Sanjay Dutt. But the film d not make it big at the box office. Sharing another advice, he told Chaturvedi “Jab tu expect nahi kar rah hoga, tab chalegi film.”
