Bhuvan Bam denies richest YouTuber rumours
There’s been a lot of chatter lately about actor-content creator Bhuvan Bam being touted as the wealthiest YouTuber in India. But he himself is baffled by the rumors. He brushes them off as mere speculation, emphasising that he doesn’t pay much heed to such claims circulating on social media.
Previously, reports claimed that Bam was among the richest YouTubers in India, citing his channel, BB Ki Vines, boasting over 26.4 million subscribers and his Instagram following exceeding 19 million. The reports also mentioned his assets valued at ₹122 crore, including a collection of luxurious cars.
Responding to the rumours, Bam says, “I’d really like to meet the person who started this rumour,” adding, “While I’m flattered by such reports, they tend to attract unwarranted attention. Nonetheless, they don’t deter me from my daily efforts to tell the stories I’m passionate about.”
Currently, Bam is immersed in filming for his upcoming project: “I’m filming for season two of
Taaza Khabar, and I am excited to see how it comes together. I will soon commence the Dhindora (comedy drama web series) journey again with my characters. But I’m really looking forward to getting an opportunity to bag my debut Hindi film with a dream team.”
Talking about the popularity of Taaza Khabar, he adds, “I didn’t expect this series to become as big as Dhindora. I don’t look at it as a materialistic win but as a result and reward of patience and whatever little efforts I have put in the last 10 years of my professional journey.”
