COLONEL URGES GIRLS TO JOIN NCC

Colonel Subash Sehgal from 3 Pun­jab Girls Bat­tal­ion, Na­tional Cadet Corps (NCC), de­liv­ered a lec­ture on Thurs­day at the Bhar­tiya Vidya Mandir ( BVM), Kitchlu Na­gar, mo­ti­vat­ing school girls to join the NCC.

“The NCC con­trib­utes to over­all per­son­al­ity de­vel­op­ment by cul­ti­vat­ing qual­i­ties like dis­ci­pline, punc­tu­al­ity, hard work, sin­cer­ity and courage,” he said.

The colonel mo­ti­vated the girls that one had to bold and coura­geous to en­sure that the na­tion was free of crime and to teach criminals a tough les­son.

“Girls should be bold, as­sertive, ad­ven­tur­ous and ca­reer-ori­ented,” he said.

Prin­ci­pal San­tosh Mehra thanked the colonel.
