300 take part in joint placement drive, 9 PCTE students selected
A joint placement drive was conducted for BCA final year students at PCTE Group of Institutes, Baddowal, for colleges under Punjab Technical University in which 300 students registered.
Wipro Technologies conducted the drive.
The selection process included an online aptitude test, out of which 60 students were shortlisted, followed by personal interview rounds from which finally 16 students were

selected, which included nine students from PCTE Group of Institutes, three students from GNIMT, Ludhiana, two from CT Institute, Jalandhar, one from MMM, college and a student from GNIMT, Phagwara.
KNS Kang, director generalcum-chairman of PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the selected students on the occasion.
He said, “PCTE stresses on practical orientation and continuous industry interaction for student throughout the course. Selection of maximum number of students of PCTE at such joint placement drive proves how hard the faculty and students have worked.”
